I've spent over a decade working with people, leaders, and businesses, exploring what makes organisations not only successful, but genuinely great places to work.

Throughout my career, I've partnered with founders and leadership teams in fast-growing technology companies, developing people strategies that bring business goals and human needs together.

My approach combines strategic thinking with a genuine curiosity about people and what drives them. I believe that when people feel trusted, respected, and supported, businesses don't just perform better - they become better places to be part of.

What is SYNCHRO?

SYNCHRO came to life in early 2022, inspired by a genuine desire to help companies build stronger, more meaningful connections with their people.

The idea behind it is simple - to develop effective, people-focused strategies that support organisations throughout the entire employee journey - from attracting and hiring the right talent to onboarding, performance management, engagement, development, and retention.
